- Take a pan / kadhai on medium flame add ghee, cumin seeds, asafoetida.

- Saute till it get golden in colour. Now add remaining chopped green portion of green garlic. Saute it for a min and add salt. Mix it all well.
- Saute it for 5 more min. Add coriander leaves and mix it well.
- Served green garlic tadka with Palak -potatoes Parathas and Chutney.
