- Get 2 Elachi (black cardamom)
- Take 1 inch daal chinni / cinnmaon stick
- Make ready 3/4 black pepper
- Take 2 laung / cloves
- Make ready 1 Tejpatta / bay leaf
- Get 1/2 tea spoon Ajwain / carom
- Make ready 1 tea spoon jeera / cumin
- Take 1 tea spoon saunf / fennel
- Prepare 1/2 (sukhi kasmiri) Red chilli
- Take For garnish :
- Get as needed Chopped coriander leaves, onion and some slices of tomato

Instructions to make Hariyali Chhola with butter naan:
- Naan ** : First of all take a big bowl, insert this maida, add baking soda, sugar, salt, oil and cured curd, pinch off haldi and with the help of water, make a dough.
- Then rest it upto two hours. Then take a tawa, heat on the gas stove, start to make Naan, this dough is become dough is becomes double due to fermentation.
- Make small ball then make chapati shape but not too much thin, should be little thick, then put few amount of water on the top surface of this naan.
- Then put this surface into tawa and cook it very well. When it cook at lower side then put opposite side and this time directly cooked into gas flame.
- Then keep into other plate and put melted butter on one surface with chopped coriander leaves and serve it.
- Hariyali masala Chhola *** Rinse and soaked the chhole in enough water overnight.
- In a pressure cooker add the chhole with water and salt then for fully cooked it. Then whitshel is upto eight to ten times.
- Now remove from cooker and sieve then keep into another bowl.
- Now take a pan or kadhai put oil, jeera, Tejpatta, daal chinni, laung, saunff Aajwain, red chilli, then add ginger garlic paste then cook it then add chopped onions, tomato cooked upto brown, then add green chilli, then add cooked chhole, then add boiled palak puree.
- After then add salt then water, stir and cover it. Cooked at low medium flame without lid.
- After cooking garnish with chopped onions, chopped capsicum and coriander leaves and some slices of tomato and lemon than chat masala is optional and serve it.
