  3. Use ladle to pour batter on greased nonstick skillet. When it gets cooked, spread schezwan chutney and mint chutney to it's corners. Place potato stuffing in centre. Roll the dosa, remove onto a plate, cut small rolls and serve hot.. - With sambhar or aise hi kha saktein ๐Ÿ˜Š

I am though not a big fan of this Spring roll dosa and prefer the Schezwan dosa over this. Schezwan dosa is a Chinese twist on regular lentil dosa.
