The ingredients needed to make Veggie Power Bowl:
  1. Take 1 small baked potato
  2. Get 1 cup raw spinach
  3. Make ready 1/2 small onion diced
  4. Take 1/3 cup diced yellow bell pepper
  5. Get 1/3 cup diced red pepper
  6. Take 1/3 cup chickpeas
  7. Get 1 hard boiled egg
  8. Take Spice to your liking! I used salt, pepper, basil, garlic powder
Instructions to make Veggie Power Bowl:
  1. After everything is chopped up sauteed baked potato in frying pan for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add chopped peppers, onions, and chickpeas. Sauteed for another 3 - 4 minutes
  3. Add spinach, and put about 1/4 cub of water in the pan. Cover and let the spinach and other veggies steam cook for about 2 - 3 minutes
  4. If there is any access water still simply drain or let it cook off. Then use the spices of your liking and give it a good stir!!
  5. Plate it & top with a sliced hard boiled egg. (this whole combo is going to taste like heaven) :)!!!
