  4. Tadka Heat a pan add 1 tbsp ghee add chopped onions,stir it
  5. When onions becomes light brown add chopped ginger, garlic and green chilli stir it
  6. Now add tomatoes,stir it
  7. When tomatoes becomes soft add this tadka in cooker
  8. Now take another pan add ghee add hing, cumin seeds,and garammasala
  9. Red whole chilli pour this tadka in serving bowl on the daal
