  23. Take 1 tbsp oil

  26. Prepare 1 dry Chilli
  27. Make ready 3-4 finely chopped garlic
  28. Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
Instructions to make Double Tadka Dal:
  1. Boiled Dal with Tomatoes. Start preparing 1st tadka. Take a pan/ kadai on lo medium flame. Add oil, cumin seeds, clove, pepper corn, bay leaf, dry Chillies. Saute a sec add finely chopped onions.
  2. Saute it till get, add finely chopped tomatoes.saute it till smashy. Now add green chilli garlic paste. Saute it till oil released.
  3. Add all dry masala. Saute it well.
  4. Add water as required. Now add smashed boiled dal.mix it all well.
  5. Add salt and balance the taste. Add hand crush Kasuri Methi. And boil. It should be thick dal.
  6. Prepare for 2nd Tadka. Take a tempering pan add oil, cumin seeds, Chopped garlic. Let it get golden. Now add asafoetida, dry Chillies and red chilli powder.
  7. Pour this tadka on dal. Mix it and serve
  8. While serving put tadka on it too serve with roti rice. Enjoy
