- Prepare 1 dry Chilli
- Make ready 3-4 finely chopped garlic
- Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
Instructions to make Double Tadka Dal:
- Boiled Dal with Tomatoes. Start preparing 1st tadka. Take a pan/ kadai on lo medium flame. Add oil, cumin seeds, clove, pepper corn, bay leaf, dry Chillies. Saute a sec add finely chopped onions.
- Saute it till get, add finely chopped tomatoes.saute it till smashy. Now add green chilli garlic paste. Saute it till oil released.
- Add all dry masala. Saute it well.
- Add water as required. Now add smashed boiled dal.mix it all well.
- Add salt and balance the taste. Add hand crush Kasuri Methi. And boil. It should be thick dal.
- Prepare for 2nd Tadka. Take a tempering pan add oil, cumin seeds, Chopped garlic. Let it get golden. Now add asafoetida, dry Chillies and red chilli powder.
- Pour this tadka on dal. Mix it and serve
- While serving put tadka on it too serve with roti rice. Enjoy
