  1. Heat the pan add Ghee add semolina roast in medium flame for few minutes, transfer to the plate. In the same pan add water to boil add sugar, when sugar dissolves add chopped pineapple, food çolour, pineapple essence and cloves allow to boil, add roasted semolina mix well without any lumps.
  2. Mix well cook for 2 minutes add Ghee mix well cook for few minutes till mixture leaves the edges of the pan. Transfer to serving bowl garnish with desired dry fruits. Serve with Gulab Jamun for special taste.
