- After grinding dal soaked for 2-3 hour.Add Ginger garlic green chilli, salt to taste while grinding dal. Pour it in any vessel keep aside.
- Now for filling..take a pan put chanaDal and moong dal roast it until become golden brown keep aside. now in same pan pour some oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chillies and cook for a minute then add onion, capsicum and again cook for few minutes. Now add grated paneer, schezwan sauce and salt.
- Now add in sambhar masala, add 1/2 cup water, mix it well with spoon and pour it in paneer, mix it well with spatula, add coriander leaves, when the water reduces it means the filling is ready.
- Now take dosa a pan sprinkle few drops of oil spread chilla batter like dosa and fill the mixture of panner sprinkle, mozzarella cheese after few minutes fold the chilla and pour some oil cook from both side until screams golden brown.
- Now chilla is ready to eat. Sprinkle grated cheese and coriander leaves. Serve it with coconut chutney or schezwan sauce.
