Instructions to make Rava/ Suji Gulab Jamun:
  1. Dry roast rava in medium flame till aromat do not brown. Cool completely.
  2. In a vessel add sugar water and boil till syrupy consistency. Add cardamom powder stir and keep aside.
  3. In a pan add ghee,milk and sugar. Boil and add rava stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Cook till milk is absorbed and holds shape.
  4. Cool slightly and knead 2 minutes to soft dough. Apply ghee on palm and roll into balls.
  5. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
  6. Drop into sugar syrup. Soak till doubles in size for 2 hours minimum. Enjoy!
