- Saute tofu and dry it take tofu and all masala curry patta green chilli in a bowl and mix well.here I used curry leaves.coriander leaves can be used in place of curry leaves or both
- Coriander leaves. Make dough of wheat flour and keep aside for 1/2 an hour
- Make two small balls.roll on rolling pin.spread tofu mixture on one chapati.cover it with another chapati. roll again.
- Heat tawa apply little oil.place Pratha on it roast both sides of Pratha with applying oil
- Eat with curd or butter
How to Make Tofu Paratha Take a small portion of the mixture, make a ball and roll it out in the shape of a paratha. Now, heat a griddle over medium flame and put the paratha on it. Ingredients Oil Salt All purpose flour Grated tofu Milk Coriander Green Chilli Red chilli Garam masala Butter Water Salt Cumin powder. Indian tofu is softer in texture and less expensive than the international ones. You could use whichever is easily available, that will not change the 'effect' of the dish!
