- Prepare - 4 small pieces Brinjal
- Make ready 6 Bitter gourds
- Make ready 10-15 Lady finger
- Make ready 4-5 Green chilli
- Get 10-12 pieces Arbi
- Take Vegetable oil- as per your requirement
- Make ready 1 teaspoon Salt
- Take 2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- Make ready 1 tsp Mustard seeds powder
- Prepare 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Make ready 1 tsp cumin seeds powder
- Make ready 1 teaspoon Dry mango powder or Amchur
- Make ready 1 tsp Bharnwa Dry masala (prepared by grinding fennel seeds,coriander,onions seed,fenugreek seed)
- Make ready 1 teaspoon Garam masala
Instructions to make Tadka Yellow Moong Dal,Mixed Tawa Fry Sabji &Veg Pulao:
- Wash the dal and add it in a pressure cooker along with 3 cups of water and salt to taste. - Pressure cook until dal is nicely cooked.
- Remove the pressure cooker from heat and let the pressure release. - Heat ghee in a pan. - Once the ghee is hot, add onion and fry until slightly browned. - Add ginger and garlic and fry for a minute.
- Add green chilli and tomato and cook for another 2-3 minutes. - Now add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and the cooked dal. - Adjust the amount of water and salt and bring the dal to a boil. - Simmer the heat and let the dal cook for 4-5 minutes.
- For tempering, heat ghee in a pan. - Once the ghee is hot, add cumin seeds and heeng. - Let them crackle for a few seconds. - Add Dry red chillies and garlic and fry until garlic turns brown.
- Pour the tempering over the dal.Serve hot.
- For Tawa Fry Sabji….Wash all vegetables properly. - Cut potato in four pieces while slit from top to bottom in remaining vegetables.Cut Arbi in wedges.
- Deep fry all the vegetables separately or sauté all vegetables in oil in fry pan to make it soft and take it down. - Mix all spices.
- Put tawa on gas and add oil and cumin seeds seeds and heat on high flame.
- Now add one pieces of each vegetables and sprinkle spices mixture and sauté properly then it out.
- Now tawa sabji is ready to serve.
- Arrange the dishes and Keep Chapatis and roaste papads.Serve hot
