  1. Wash the dal very well and put the dal,haldi,little salt in Presure cooker on high flame for 4 whistle aftr that let it cools down and mash with the masher
  2. Assemble all the ingredients and heat up the pan for tadka add ghee,oil and cumin seeds,mustard seeds let it crakle
  3. Add kashmiri red chilli,curry leaves,hing,onion,garlic cloves and saute well
  4. Add tomatoes,coriander leaves,salt and all dry masalas
  5. Add butter and cook for 10 minutes on slow flame
  6. Serve with rice
