  8. Add oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf
  9. Add ginger paste and saute well
  10. Add cumin coriander powder and red chilli Powder
  11. Add tomato and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
  12. Add Potatoes and saute well
  13. Now add water and simmer adding the dhokas
  14. Add sugar garam masala and ghee,serve it with rice
