  7. Then in a same pan add 4 spoon of oil and fry rectangular shaped mung beans until become slight golden colour. Then take out all of them.
  8. Then take out some oil from pan and in a left oil add 1 spoon cumin seeds and bay leaves.
  9. Then add potatoes and tomatoes cubes and let it cool until potatoes become soft. Once it becomes soft then add 2 spoons turmeric powder, 3 spoons coriander powder, 1 spoon red chilli powder and stir it for a while. - Then add 3 glass of water and let it boil the water
  10. Once water start boiling then add fried rectangular mung beans into it. Let it cook for 2 minutes then it's ready to serve.
