Instructions to make Dahi Dhamal:
  1. For praline
  2. Heat the sugar in a pan and allow to caramelize.
  3. Then add nuts powder and mix well and put on a greased platform.
  4. Cool a little and give triangle cut marks.
  5. After it cools break it on the cut marks and keep aside.
  6. Now mix the lime curd ingredients in a bowl.
  7. Take a short glass and put strawberry crush and put chopped fruits and crushed praline.
  8. Fill with curd filling till top.
  9. Garnish with praline triangle and strawberry crush and serve chilled.
