  1. Sab se pehle rice ko achhe se saf kar ke.. 30 min ke liye bhigo ke rakh DE.
  2. Tb tak sare vegetables ko achhe se cut kar ke hlka boil karein.
  3. Ab ek bde brtn Mein ek spoon oil grm karein.. Cumin dale, black pepper, tej ptta, cardamom dal kar bhune.. Ab isme pani add kar DE.
  4. Jab pani achhe se boil hone lage rice add karein.
  5. Or dhk kar slow flame par pkne DE.
  6. Beech beech Mein chla kar dekhte rahein.. 1/3 hissa pakayein.
  7. Jab rice ban jaye extra water nikal DE.
  8. Ab rice ko dhk kar rakh DE.
  9. Ek kdhai Mein oil grm karein. Cumin, tej ptta, add karein, sukhe msale add karein.. Pneer add karein or sare boil vegetables add karein.. Achhe se bhune.
  10. Ab rice add kar ke achhe se mila DE.. Or 2-3 min tak pkne DE.
  11. Ek plate Mein nikal le or serve karein.
