- Heat a pan and melt of ghee and roast the semolina for on a low flame. Keep on stirring in between so that the semolina does not burn and gets a uniform colour.
- Add the grated paneer and fry for few minutes.
- In another pan take water and sugar and milk and give it one rolling boil.
- Warm 2 tablespoons of milk and add saffron to it.
- Now add the milk in semolina and paneer and mix everything well.
- Add the condeneed milk, ghee, raisins and rose water and raisin keep on stirring while no lumps are formed.
- Also add the saffron dissolved the milk.
- Stir the whole mixture very well and let the paneer Halwa cook for few minutes.
- Serve saffron and garnished with pomegranate seeds and raisins….
