  4. Prepare 1 tomato chopped

  6. Get to taste Salt
  7. Prepare 1 teaspoon sugar
  8. Get 2 teaspoons red chillie powder
  9. Take 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  10. Take 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  11. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  12. Take 1 tablespoons ginger and garlic paste
  13. Take 1 teaspoon fenugreek leaves powder
  14. Make ready 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
Steps to make Aloo Keema Masala in Bengali Style:
  1. Heat oil in a wok and add potato and fry for golden brown in colour.
  2. In same pan add chopped onions and pinch of salt and fry for a minutes.
  3. Now add the ginger and garlic paste and stir well, add leeks to it saute and fry well for a while.
  4. Now add the all masala and fry for few minutes then add the frayed potatoes, chopped tomato and continue stirring till the raw smell of the masala is out and coated the masala keema very well.
  5. Now add the 1 cup of water and cook about 10 - 15 minutes on low flame until the minced meat is cooked well.
  6. Once the keema is cooked uncovered the lid of the pan and cook if there is any water remaining.
  7. Add garam masala powder and fenugreek leaves powder sprinkle over the top and turn off the flame.
  8. Garnished with the onion rings and green chillies.
  9. Serve hot with Roti and NAAN…..
