- Add chopped garlic, ginger and green chilli.
- Fry until fragrant.
- Now add chopped onions and cook till translucent.
- Add the potato, powdered spices, salt and pepper.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add coriander leaves. Mix. Cover is ready.
- Cut the boiled eggs into halves.
- Cover each half with potato.
- Make a batter with basan, salt, pinch sugar and water.
- Dip each ball in batter.
- Coat with bread crumbs.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
- Serve hot with salad, ketchup and mustard sauce.
