  6. For dum aloo, add bay leaf, dry red chilli, green cardamom & cinnamon stick in hot oil.
  7. Add chopped onion, tomato& ginger garlic paste.
  8. Add all spices.
  9. Prick the boiled potatoes with a fork & add it with spices.
  10. Add 2 cup hot water & let it cook for 10 to 15 mins.
  11. After that adjust salt & gravy.Add coriander leaves.
