- First roast some cashew in ghee and set them aside.Then add cauliflower florets and potatoes to the pan. Fry them for a 10 - 15 minutes.
- Take a pan and heat ghee in it, add asafoetida, cumin seeds, cinnamon, bay leaves, cloves, black pepper and cardamoms. When they start to crackle put onion layers and fry them till onion become golden pink, then add finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped ginger and chopped capsicum. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes, stir occasionally.
- Now add tomatoes, roasted cashew and fried cauliflower and potatoes. Fry the vegetables till they are all cooked, but do not overcook them otherwise they will turn mushy. Now add milk cream and cook till ghee start seperating from the vegetables. Then add curd and cook for 10 more minutes, add paneer and cook for 2 minutes. Then finally add water and salt for the required consistency and taste.
- When the required consistency is achieved, Garnish it with coriander and serve hot with naan and rice.
