The ingredients needed to make Veg Biryani:
  1. Take 1 cup rice soaked for half an hour
  2. Get 1 onion chopped
  3. Get 1 carrot chopped
  4. Make ready 1 potato chopped
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
  6. Take 1/2 cup green peas
  7. Take as needed Ghee
  8. Get packet Biryani masala
  9. Take to taste Salt
  10. Make ready 1/2 cup curd
  11. Get 1/2 cup fried onion(slice onion and fry it dark brown)
  12. Make ready 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  13. Get 2 tbsp Mint leaves
Steps to make Veg Biryani:
  1. Cook rice till 3/4th and let it cool
  2. Make paste of Biryani masala in half cup curd
  3. Heat ghee in a pan and add ghee fry onion till brown
  4. Add masala paste and stir than add chopped veggies and green peas
  5. Add one cup water and cook it covered
  6. Check it in between when cooked switch off the flame
  7. In a big wok layer with rice than above it put one layer of cooked veggies and repeat the same process
  8. Sprinkle ghee all over it
  9. Spread coriander leaves and mint leaf and cook it covered for five min
  10. Garnish it with fried onion and serve it with onion raita
