- Add your white rice, stir very well and cover your pot.. cook for 5-10min.
- Put a pan on fire.. add your vegetable oil.. allow oil to heat.. put your chicken batch by batch.. fry till it has a golden brown colour..
- Fry your plantain in the same pan or together with your chicken..
- Put your cabbage, carrot and green pea in a bowl.. add your cream and mix well.. yummy your food is ready
