Instructions to make Marie Biscuits Gulab Jamun:
  1. Grate Marie Biscuits in Mixer to make Crumbs. - Mix 2 Cups of Marie Biscuits Crumbs and 1 Cup of Maida. Add 1/2 spoon cardamom powder and then add a milk to make a soft dough. Apply 1 or 1/2 spoon Ghee on dough. Do not make a fine hard dough. Keep the dough cover for 5 minutes.
  2. After 5 minutes take a dough. Apply a ghee on hand and make a small laddu. After making all laddu, heat an oil in kadai and fry jamun in kadai on medium low of flame for 5 minutes. Slowly turn the jamun by spoon. Fry jamun till it get golden brown colour. Then remove them in a bowl and let it cool.
  3. For Sugar Syrup. - Take 1 Cup of water and add 2 Cups of Sugar to it. Keep it boil for 7-8 minutes. Add cardamom then add 1 Tbsp milk masala powder. Sugar Syrup is ready when it start sticking to the fingers then add 1 Tbsp milk masala if you don't have kesar. Turn off the gas and add sugar syrup to jamun and eat it after 30 minutes.
