- Take Chicken. Wash and clean well.. put all the ingredients and let it marinate for at least one hour..
- For Gravy… take one kadai or pot whichever convenient.. add oil or ghee..put all whole garam masala. To it add onions.
- Saute till it becomes pink. Add tomato puree with coriander powder, Kashmiri red Chilli powder, Haldi, Salt. Mix well and saute for about 4 5 mins..
- Now add marinated chicken into it. Keep the flame high. And mix well. Saute till oil leaves all the Masala.
- Now take out the chicken pieces in a plate. Let masala cool down. Grind the masalas into fine paste.
- In that same pan or pot add one teaspoon oil and add grinded masala and chicken pieces.. add cashew paste to it
- Add the little water if u feel chicken has become dry. Add cream to it. Cover for 10 mins and cook.
- Add kasuri methi and garam Masala. Mix well and serve hot with Naans, rotis or chappatis..
