- Prepare 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
Instructions to make Egg Pulao:
- Boil 6 cup of water and add salt and 1 tbsp oil in it. As soon as water starts boiling add whole spices and large cutted pieces of tomato (to give tangy flavour) in it. Let the rice cook atleast 80 percent.
- Take oil in deep pan. Heat up oil and add cumin seeds in it. As soon as cumin seeds starts cracking add crushed ginger garlic in it and let it turn light golden
- Add onion and cook it until it turn golden. Add curd and dry masala then. And wait till mixture starts seperating oil.
- Now it's time to add all veggies. Add veggies as you like. You can even add French beans, cauliflower or else. Just don't cook veggies completely as some crunch tastes nice.
- Later add our cooked rice and Boiled egg (chopped in 4 pieces) and stir it carefully.
- Sprinkle some water, add salt and add Garam Masala Powder. Put lid on pan and let it cook for 5-10 min on medium flame. Give occasional stir so rice won't get burnt on bottom.
- Garnish with Coriander on top.
