- Heat oil in a wok and maintain temperature to medium hot.
- Once done add bunch of potato threads and deep fry it till golden brown. Once done take the potatoes out and drain excess oil.
- After 2 min again fry same potato in oil.on low flame for 1 min,this will make threads crispy and crunchy.
- Hurrey aloo bhaja is ready.. serve in a plate. Sprinkle lil chaat masala and salt and enjoy!!
