The ingredients needed to make Gobhi Paratha:
  1. Make ready 1/2 kg Cabbage
  2. Prepare 1 bowl Flour
  3. Prepare as required roasted cumin powder
  4. Take 2-3 Green Chillies
  5. Make ready 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  6. Make ready As needed Salt
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp Garam masala
  8. Prepare as required Green Coriander Leaves chopped
  9. Get As needed Oil or Ghee
Instructions to make Gobhi Paratha:
  1. Wash the cabbage thoroughly, then grate the cabbage and finely chop the green chilli, green coriander. Add Cumin powder, Coriander powder, garam masala to the cabbage and mix well. After that, remove the water from the cauliflower, or add radish masala to the pan and stir the gas for 5 minutes to drain the water.
  2. Add salt & ghee to the flour as per taste and then add as needed Water, knead the flour well. Then make dough dough and roll it like roti, add cabbage spices and mix it from all sides, roll it again with the help of rolling pin.
  3. After that, put it on the Tawa and take it from both sides, try oil or ghee on the paratha. Now Paratha is ready to serve….
