- Get a clean bowl and add your flour, salt and then mix.
- Add ur oil and mix again.
- Then add d water and knead the dough ensuring that no flour sticks to the side of the bowl.
- Cut ur dough into 3 pieces and then further divide each piece into two.
- Roll each into a round and flat dough and stack them on one another, make sure to brush oil in between each dough.
- Roll the stacked dough with a rolling pin until it is flat enough and place it on a heated non stick pan and peel off each piece as u flip
- Divide each piece into 4β£ and with each quadrant make a cone with one end open and fill it with the filling then seal it with flour and water paste.
- Continue until u exhaust the filling and dough.
- Fry on high heat. If takes only about 30 seconds to fry.π
