- In the first bowl, using the electric mixer, mix egg whites, vanilla and 2 tbs of sugar untill they become foamy as illustrated in the photo
- In another bowl mix egg yolks vanilla, salt, 4tbs of sugar, oil, flour.Then add milk gradually.
- Mix both in one bowl.Then divide the mix into two, and pour in 2 (20 cm) trays coated with butter and flour. Put it in the oven at 150 c for half an hour.
- Flip it over and let it cool.
- Prepare the cream by mixing 300 g of double cream, 2 tbs Nutella. Then put in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Divide each into two layers. And water each with little milk
- Spread cling film in the tray, put the first layer, add cream and nuts, then the second layer….etc. untill you make 3 layers.
- Cover it with cling film and put in the fridge for 3-4 hours and for better results for a night.
- Prepare chocolate sauce by melting 50 g of dark chocolate with 3 tbs of milk in the microwave. Then add 3 tbs of Nutella and whisk well untill you get the best consistency. You may need to add little bit milk but you have to add gradually and carefully
- Take it out of the fridge and flip it over, then pour chocolate sauce over it.
- Cut the edges of the cake.
- Then cut the cake into small 12 pieces and decorate.
