- Divide dough in equal parts, make small crack free balls. If you feel, dough is dry add little milk. If dough is over moist then add some maida.
- Heat ghee on medium flame. Place 4-5 gulab jamun balls in ghee. Fry the balls golden brown for 12-15 minutes. - Put the hot gulab jamuns into the warm sugar syrup.Gently Stri them.
- Let it rest for 30-40 minutes. Serve hot.
