- Make ready 1 tbsp tomato sauce
Instructions to make Tiranga Pulao:
- To prepare the white layer rice:-Heat oil in a pan,add cooked rice,add salt
- Mix it well.white layer rice is ready.
- To prepare the orange layer rice :-In the same pan add raisins,add ginger garlic paste
- Add carrot puree mix it well.add salt
- Add soyabean chunks,add cooked rice mix it well and saute for 2 min.orange layer rice is ready.
- In a same pan add oil,add ginger garlic paste,add raisins
- Add salt,add red chilli powder,add spinach puree
- Add cooked rice mix it well for 2 min.now green layer rice is ready.now three layer rice is ready,like this.
- To assemble:-In the bowl add orange layer of rice and flatten it,add the white layer of rice
- And flatten it form an even layer then add the green layer of rice and even it out using a spoon then turn the bowl upside down on a plate.
- The delicious tiranga pulao is ready to served now apply star anise on white rice layer.place a flag stick on tomato sauce.
