- Boil the corn Kernels or corn cobs in pressure cooker for 2-3 vessel.
- If using corn cobs then remove the kernels after boiling. Now take corn Kernels in a bowl.
- Now add all the ingredients and mix well and serve corn chaat.
- You can also tawa fry the onion and tomato in just 1 tbsp ghee for only 2 minutes before mixing. (totally optional).
