- Until the potatoes are soft with less stock left
- Then add the diced tomatoes,scotch bonnet pepper, onions, green bell pepper and cover to to cook for 2 minutes
- Now sprinkle in the sliced green leaves
- Stir to mix gently, then mix the corn flour in little water and pour in the pot to thicken.
