  5. Now press soaked vada on palm remove excess water Amd keep aside
  6. Take a bowl of curd beat it until smooth.. In a bowl arrange Vasa and pour beaten curd into it
  7. Keep it in refrigerator for 15 minutes… Later in a serving bowl serve Dahi vada sprinkle some red chilli powder some roasted cumin seeds powder chaat masala black salt
  8. Sprinkle come coriander leaves and enjoy chatpata Dahi vada

I tried dahi vada, but it turned out bland because there was no saltin the vada only in yogurt.
