- When chicken tender.water evaporats.add lightly mashed potatoes.add green chillies (finely chopped)and some fresh coriander.Now let this mixture cool.
- Now make small balls of dough.make a small roti/flat bread.cut in halves.
- Add water on ons sideand press to stick and make a cone shape.
- Add filling in this coneadd some water on sides of cone.
- Stick together to make a samosa.
- With same process make allsamosas
- Add in medium hot oil turn and fry until light golden colour and crispy.
- Serve hot with chicpea sauce or tamarind saice.
