Instructions to make Gulab Jamun:
- For Syrup. add water and sugar and mix well. Keep on medium flame and let it bowl.
- For Jamuns. Take parath and mix everything together except milk.
- Now knead the dough adding little milk. Dont add milk altogether. Make the soft dough. Knead well so that there r no cracks
- Make small equal size balls of it
- Keep oil for frying. Keep the flame medium. Fry it till golden brown.
- Till then syrup is done and add elachi powder rose water and kesar.
- Now add the fried jamuns to it.
- Cover it fand keep for at least 2 hours so that syrup gets incorporated well.
- Serve hot or cold as per your choice.
