- Take Fresh pepper
- Prepare Fresh tomatoes
- Prepare Onions

- Blend fresh pepper and tomatoes then set aside
- Peel your yam, then cut into cubes
- Season your fish with knor and salt then boil
- Set your pot on fire, then add palm oil
- Allow to heat for few seconds then add sliced onions then saute, add your blended tomatoes and pepper then continue to fry
- Add stock cube then fry till dry.
- Add your fish stock and more water enough to cook the yam
- Wash and add your yam, then cover and allow to start cooking
- Cook for a while then add blended crayfish and bonga
- Cook till it starts to thicken
- Taste and adjust, lower your hear till it thickens to your desired consistency
- Add ugu leaves, cook for few more minutes then bring down.
