  1. Soak the dals for 4,5hours,then grind coarsely with green chillies,ginger, coconut.
  2. Take out in a bowl add curry leaves finely chopped, corriander leaves,salt,jeera,hing and mix altogether.
  3. Grease idli stand and make vada shape and steam for 5,7min.
  4. Take out from moulds serve with chetney and sauce topped with ghee.
