  8. When oil gets heated up, drop batter drop by drop and start immediately throwing oil on top of them which will help them swell and float on top of oil.
  9. After some times,when they start changing colour immediately turn off the gas and take them out in a plate and let them cool down.
  10. Mean while,take a big pot,add 1 litre water in it,500 ml warm water and 1pinch hing and 1tsp salt.
  11. When they cool down properly,again turn on the gas and this time keep it on high flame and off the flame
  12. Now soak them water for 10 min,after 10 min squeeze some water from vada
  13. Then take a plate,add vada in it with curd,black salt,cumin powder,chilli powder, tamarind sauce.
  14. Ready to eat
