- Add mashed potato, onion, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt, mix well and cook for 2 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- Add coriander leaves and lemon juice, mix well. Switch off the flame.
- Allow to cool.
- How to proceed:- Take one paratha, spread aloo masala. Keep besan chila on aloo masala paratha. Now spread green chutney and tomato ketchup. Place aloo masala on besan chila and cover with another paratha.
