- Soak chana daal for 4 hrs then drain off the water.. Take a blender add daal..then make a coarse paste..Do not make smooth paste it's okay if whole daal remains it gives crunchy taste..do not add water while grinding..
- In a bowl add daal,onion, green chillies, corrinder leaves, salt and mix all the ingredients..the consistency of the batter should be thick..
- Make small balls and press between the palm and make vadas..
- Take a pan..Heat oil and deep fry the vadas…
- Take them out half fried in a napkin.. press them flat gently and do second fry till cripsy..
- Serve vadas with green chutney or tomato sauce..
