- Grind onions in mixer now take a pan put some oil heat it and put jeera powder onion paste ginger garlic paste and add tomatoes purée to it now add all spices including chaat masala,black salt,zeera roasted coriander powder.,, now add boiled chana.., chickpeas to that masala.. mix well and put lid to that pan for 15 minutes it’s ready.., enjoy with kulcha or puri
