- Make ready 1 sweet baby rays hickory&brown sugar bbq
- Prepare 1 half cup oil

- Make ready 1 salt and pepper as much as desired
- Make ready 1 1/2 cup of bacon bits
Pat the chicken dry and place in the flour-spice mixture, turning to dust on both sides. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When the pan is hot, add the chicken and sear both sides until browned. Transfer to a plate and set.
Instructions to make Smootherd chicken:
- First Set oven to 350. Then Fry chicken tenderloins in half cup of oil until fully cooked
- Rinse onions and mushrooms. Take stem out from mushrooms and cut the top half in 4 pieces. Cut onion in small pieces. Put in light oil saute with salt and pepper.
- Once chicken and veggie are done put chicken in a pan then add veggies on top.
- Add BBQ sauce bacon bits and cheese.
- When you have added everything put in oven for 15 minutes then turn oven off and let it sit for 5 minutes
- Serve and enjoy I cooked steamed broccoli with Velveeta cheese and cheesy mashed potatoes as my sides. Hope you like it.
