Instructions to make Veg pulav:
  1. Soak basmathi rice for 30 mins.
  2. In a kadhai heat oil and ghee add all whole masala, add onions green chilli, ginger garlic paste, cinnamon and clove powder fry till onion becomes golden brown colour. add tomato, vegetables, peas and salt fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add chilli powder and dhaniya powder fry for 2 minutes add 1 and half cup of water bring it to boil.
  4. Add rice mint leaves and coriander leaves
  5. Add ghee. don't close the lid. after rice cooked close and keep for 10 mins
  6. Serve with raita.
