- Make ready 1 spoon Curd
- Make ready 1 bowl Wheat flour

- Take 1/2 bowl Boiled sweet corn

- Get 1/2 bowl each Chopped capsicum (yellow, red and green)
- Get 1/2 bowl Gratted carrots
- Take 1/2 bowl Grated cabbage
- Prepare 1/4 bowls Finelly chopped Coriander leaves
- Get 1 bowl Grated mozzarella cheese
- Make ready 1 spoon Black pepper powder
- Take 1 spoon Oregano
- Make ready as per taste Salt
- Take For pizza sauce:-
- Prepare 1 cup Tomatoe puree
- Take 2 spoon Chilli and ginger paste
- Make ready 2 spoon Crushed basil leaves
- Prepare 2 spoon Gratted cheese
- Make ready 1 spoon Black pepper powder
- Prepare 1 spoon Oil
- Take as per taste Salt
Instructions to make Pizza Paratha:
- For Sauce -
- Ek pan me oil garam kar le fir usme ginger chilly and crushed basil leaves dale.
- Add tomatoe puree, mix well and cook for 5 mins with lid on.
- Add grated cheese. Add black pepper powder and salt. Mix well, sauce is ready.
- For Stuffing -
- Ek bade bowl me saare veggies ko daal kar achhe se mix kar le.
- Ek kadai me 1 spoon oil dale and garam hone par veggies add kar de. Salt, back pepper powder and oregano add karein, mix well and cook for 5 mins. Stuffing is ready.
- For Dough -
- Dough ke saare ingredients ko mix kar water ki help se dough bana kar muslin cloth se dhak kar 15-20 mins ke liye rakh de.
- Pizza paratha-
- Dough ke guava ke size ke two balls bana le. Pinroll ke help se 2 roti ki tarah bel le (thickness roti se jyada honi chahiye).
- Ek roti par sauce ko spread karein fir uske upper veggie stuffing dale,fir uske uppar grated cheese dale.
- Now cover it with second roti like a sandwich. Dono roti ki margins ko finger ki help se dabakar close karein and closed margin ko chandrakala ki tarah seal karein.
- Garam tawe par oil / ghee ki help se parathe ki tarah sekh le. Parathe ko medium gas par cook karein.
- Bane hue parathe ko two halves me cut kar ke sauce ke sath serve karein. PIZZA PARATHA is ready to eat
