- Thanda hone per mixi me paste bna le.
- Kadai me oil garam kr hing and jeera crackle karein.now add onion - tomato paste.or roast karein.
- Sbhi dry spices add karein,garam masala or Kasoori metthi ko chod kr.oil chodne per boiled daal add karein.
- Water add karein..or 35-40 minutes tk low flame per cook karein.
- Now add some butter,fresh cream, kasoori metthi and garam masala.
- Garnish with fresh cream..and serve hot with rice and naan etc.
