- Take a cooker and boil water as required to cook the dal now add soaked dal mustard oil turneric salt in dal and pressure cook until 3 whistle
- Now cook the dal on low flame approx more than half hour till then take another pan add desi ghee in it
- Now add hing cumin and onion fry it until golden brown.Now add ginger and green chilli
- Now add tomato and all spices mirch corinder powder garam masala and cook it 2 min on low flame
- Add pinch of sugar in tadka (optional) and corrinder fresh leaves
- Now open the cooker if you find water is required add more boiled water in it
- Now cook the daal on medium high flame approx 10min till it becomes red in colour
- When it's colour changes add malayi or cream
- Your dal is ready to serve
