  1. Peel & grate the green gourd.
  2. Chopped the onions.
  3. Add whole broken red chillies,coriander seeds,mustard seeds,fennel seeds,&cumin seeds in the Mortal pestle p& crush them.
  4. Chopped the tomatoes & add coriander powder,turmeric & red chilli powde in it & mix well.
  5. Add crushed masala to chopped tomatoes.
  6. Heat oil in a pan with cumin seeds,when they cracleup add chopped onions.
  7. Cook on low flame till become transculant.
  8. Now add ginger garlic paste,saute till raw flavour goes off.add tomatoes with spices.
  9. Add chopped green chillies,mix well & add salt.
  10. Now add little water & mix well again.
  11. Cover the pan & cook for 10 minutes.
  12. Meanwhile peeled the potatoes & wash them.cut in small pieces.
  13. Now add these raw potatoes to cooked gravy with salt.Mix well & saute it again.
  14. Add grated green gourd, salt,mix & saute it again.
  15. Add little bit of water,mix again.Cover & cook again for 10 minutes.
  16. Open the lid & add kasuri methi,tamarind water garam masala & coriander leaves.Simmer for 2 minutes
  17. Serve hot with chapati.
