- Drain water from the moong dal and blend it into a coarse paste without adding water.
- Add all the mentioned ingredients except oil, and mix well. Mixture should be thick.
- Heat oil in a wok. Take a portion of the mixture and make lemon sized balls and fry them on medium flame.
- Take them out and press them gently. Now again fry the fritters in heated oil on medium flame till they turn crisp and golden.
